The Privilege of Judging Excellence

The WFM Achievers Hall of Fame exists to honour professionals, teams, and organisations who have made meaningful, measurable contributions to workforce management in the contact centre industry.

As a judge, you are not merely evaluating submissions — you are setting the benchmark for what exceptional looks like in our industry. Your perspective, built through years of hands-on experience, brings credibility and fairness to the process.

Judges serve on an annual volunteer basis, reviewing nominations in their area of expertise and deliberating alongside peers to reach a consensus that truly reflects industry achievement.

  • Industry Recognition

Be listed as an official Hall of Fame judge, recognised across the WFM community for your expertise and contribution.

  • Peer Collaboration

Deliberate alongside fellow senior WFM professionals and gain insight into innovations happening across the industry.

  • Meaningful Impact

Directly influence which achievements get remembered and celebrated in the history of contact centre workforce management.

  • Exclusive Access

Receive full access to all submitted nominations — a rare view into real performance metrics and strategies across the sector.

What Judges Do

The judging process is structured, transparent, and designed to minimise bias. Here's what you can expect when you join the panel.

01

Review Nominations

Receive a curated set of nominations in your allocated categories. Assess each against defined criteria — impact, innovation, measurability, and industry relevance.

02

Score & Comment

Submit individual scores and written rationale via our private judging portal. Your notes help build the narrative for each award and support transparency.

03

Panel Deliberation

Join a virtual deliberation session with fellow judges to discuss shortlisted nominees, resolve ties, and finalise winners by collective agreement.

04

Conflict Declaration

Declare any conflicts of interest before review begins. Judges recuse themselves from categories where they have a direct professional relationship with nominees.

05

Maintain Confidentiality

All nomination content is strictly confidential. Judges agree not to disclose submission details or discuss deliberations outside the panel.

06

Time Commitment

Expect approximately 4–6 hours across the judging cycle — spread over a 3-week review period, plus one 90-minute virtual deliberation.

Who We're Looking For

We seek judges who bring genuine, deep expertise to the evaluation process. There are no formal prerequisites — but relevance and integrity are non-negotiable.

  • Minimum 15 years of active experience in contact centre workforce management
  • Current or recent practitioner, consultant, vendor, or academic in the WFM space
  • Willingness to commit to the full judging cycle without dropping out midway
  • Able to evaluate objectively and declare any conflicts of interest honestly
  • Comfortable working digitally — reviewing PDFs, using a scoring portal, attending a virtual meeting
  • Not currently nominated for a Hall of Fame award in the same cycle

What's NOT Required

  • A specific job title or seniority level
  • Published research or academic credentials
  • Prior judging experience of any kind
  • Affiliation with any particular vendor or platform
  • Geographic location — we welcome global perspectives

"The best judges are those who remember what it felt like to actually do the work — and can tell the difference between real impact and polished storytelling."
